Tasting Notes

Nose (Aroma):
Very fruity: pear, orchard fruits. Then evolving into nutty aromas (walnuts/almonds), light malt, with a faint hint of smoke and some citrus zest. Also touches of leather or oak. -
Palate (Flavor):
Rich and oily texture. Candied / preserved fruits (cherries, glacé fruit), some citrus peel (orange or tangerine), vanilla, leather, and deeper notes like walnuts. Mild spice shows up (nutmeg, possibly ground cinnamon or wood spices). -
Finish:
Long. Lingering spice, gentle smoke, nuts and oak. Some dryness from wood, and an echo of the fruity sweetness remains.
