The Comtes de Ribeauville is a co-op that was founded by 44 winegrowers in 1895. This respect for the land has carried across the last 6 generations with 100% of their vineyards certified as of High Environmental Value and 30% grown organically. Contrary to the perception of Riesling, this is quite dry with a scant 2.5 grams per liter of Residual Sugar. The nose opens with light petrol, citrus, apricot, spice and honeycomb.
