Distillery because our spirit is maturing so well in the full size barrels. A very limited commodity many of them were used to fill two large Sherry Butts to create our award-winning “DoubleMatured” which got a 95 and Double Gold in San Francisco. Don’t miss this whisky before it’s gone.
Nose: Caramel and vanilla shortbread with notes of granny smith apples
