The Ochetti is their benchmark Langhe Nebbiolo: an ancient wine originally sourced from the sandy hills of Roero on the left bank of the Tanaro River, now blended with fruit from cooler sites in Dogliani for added freshness and lift. Fermented with full berries and approximately one week of skin contact, the 2024 emphasizes elegance over power — and delivers it beautifully. A Decanter Silver Medal winner.
