For the 300th Anniversary Coupe, Baptiste Loiseau has drawn on the previous Coupe of the 290th, which was itself nourished by the 275th Coupe. A special creative process called «Réserve Perpétuelle» (Perpetual Reserve), a true symbol of transmission between 4 generations of Cellar Masters. This reserve has been enriched by Baptiste Loiseau with new complementary eaux-de-vie to create his own interpretation. Eaux-de-vie sourced exclusivelyin Grande Champagne, a terroir located at thevery heart of the Cognacregion and known for theexceptional aromatic quality of its eaux-de-vieand ageing potential.
Tasting Notes:
- Color: Luminous amber patina.
- Nose: Radiance and directness with aromas of candied orange, passion fruit, sandalwood, leather, mixed spices, undergrowth and a hint of floral notes. Rancio notes have retained freshness.
- Palate: Candied fruit, passion fruit, fig, exotic fruits, nuts descreet oaky notes, elegance&tension, a very long finish.
