The premier sparkling rosé was made in the Méthode Traditionelle, with the second fermentation in the bottle, a very delicate and special method of making sparkling wine and traditionally, Champagne. It is a crisp and deliciously tart Extra Brut sparkling wine.
Tasting Notes: This beautifully elegant representation of a Sparkling Rose was made in the Méthode Traditionelle with over 18 months in second fermentation. Deliciously light with crisp citrus notes. Dry and well balanced.
Pairing: Rich fish, shellfish, mild and soft cheeses.
