"Rastignac" VS - a rich and powerful brandy, which is an excellent result of high-quality terroirs and know-how of Chateau de Plasson. O-de-vie, included in the blend of brandy, are made from Ugni Blanc grapes and aged for 2, 3 and 4 years in barrels of Limousin oak. Sun Rastignac is recommended to be used as an aperitif, but it is best manifested in cocktails. The manufacturer advises to pour 40 ml of cognac into a glass for long drinks, fill it with ice cubes and sparkling water (or soda) and enjoy this fresh cocktail.
