“Proofed down” with a proprietary process using Sierra Nevada Alpine water. Each barrel is hand-selected and “dumped” at the peak of its maturity. This bourbon is “unfiltered” so it does not lose any flavor due to heavy filtration systems. Each bottle is filled, labeled and sealed by hand.
Tasting Notes:

- Palate: Caramel, vanilla, chocolate, and smoke in body. Fades to a balance of roasted nuts, rye spice and caramel.
