Naturally cloudy with a delicate yeasty character. Unfiltered beer with a long history. Our lager is based on the old tradition of homebrewing. In the past, any farmer with brewing rights could have their own beer brewed here using their own homegrown barley and hops. This beer was then matured and stored in the rock cellars on the farm. Hence the name lager. This beer was primarily enjoyed in the summer, during the harvest, or directly in the cellar from a cool stoneware mug. In other regions, this beer is also known as cellar beer. Our lager is an amber-colored, easy-drinking beer with a spicy, herbal aroma and a balanced hop character. The pleasantly reduced carbonation enhances its drinkability.
