The scent of honey, rose, rhubarb and, above all, the classic scent of quince with a hint of tea. The taste is pleasantly sour - hibiscus, hibiscus tea, lemon, paradise apples, wild roses, but also a note of tobacco and linden honey - there are many different flavors in this quince. The finish is sweet and tart, even slightly bitter, quince, notes of rose jam, but also lemon jam. Perhaps this is currently the best quince on the market.

W smaku przyjemna kwaskowość – hibiskus, herbata hibiskusowa, cytryna, rajskie jabłuszka, dzikie róże, ale też nuta tytoniu i miód lipowy, w tej pigwie wyjątkowo dużo jest różnych smaków. Finisz słodko-cierpki, nawet nieco gorzki, pigwowy, nuty powideł różanych, ale też dżemu cytrynowego. Być może to aktualnie najlepsza pigwówka na rynku.
