Planteray Isle of Fiji captures South Pacific terroir — pot and column still Fijian rum, double-aged in two hemispheres.
From the house formerly known as Plantation, Isle of Fiji is distilled at Fiji's Rum Co. distillery from local sugarcane, aged tropically on the island, then shipped to Château de Bonbonnet in France for a second maturation in Ferrand casks — the brand's signature double-ageing. The result is a lush gold rum with the bright, fruity stamp Fijian rum is loved for, at 80 proof.
Ripe banana, pineapple, and vanilla with coconut and soft oak; juicy, tropical, gently spiced finish. Superb in daiquiris or sipped over ice.

Is Planteray the same as Plantation?
Yes — Maison Ferrand renamed the Plantation range Planteray; the rums and double-ageing method are unchanged.
What is double ageing?
The rum matures first in tropical Fiji, then a second time in Ferrand French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet.
What drinks suit it?
Daiquiris, mai tais, and tropical builds — or neat, where the fruity Fijian character shines.
