Petit Chien Brun Calvados Pay D'Auge 2016 White Port Cask Finish A very special calvados, fully white port matured, pays d'auge so it's double pot distilled rather than column distilled and it's just wonderful liquid. The pot distillation creates a richer, heavier distillate that preserves more apple oomph, that's almost certainly the correct technical term. Distilled at the idyllic Christian Drouin distillery in Normandy.
