Pernod Pastis is a classic French anise aperitif with a bright, refreshing profile of star anise, fennel, licorice, and soft herbal spice. Producer
Pernod traces its roots to 1805, when Henri-Louis Pernod helped establish one of the defining names in French anise spirits. The brand became closely associated with absinthe before French drinkers embraced anise aperitifs and pastis-style serves. Today, Pernod remains part of Pernod Ricard, the spirits group created when Pernod and Ricard joined forces in 1975.
