Cantine Pellegrino is one of Marsala’s oldest and most respected houses, founded in 1880 at the sun-drenched western tip of Sicily. The Garibaldi Dolce — named in honor of the legendary Italian general who landed in Marsala in 1860 to begin his unification of Italy — is their benchmark sweet Marsala Superiore. Aged a minimum of two years under the Superiore designation, it is crafted from indigenous Sicilian varieties and fortified to deliver the rich, complex sweetness that has made Marsala one of the world’s great fortified wines.

Bright amber in the glass with warm golden highlights. The nose offers intense, persistent oak with dried fruit, toffee, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and sweet — fine and delicate, with layers of dried fig, caramel, and toasted almond leading to a long, warm finish. Classic Marsala Dolce at its most authentic.
