Patron Silver is the benchmark unaged blanco tequila — produced at Hacienda Patron in the Jalisco highlands from 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-roasted in brick ovens, crushed by both traditional tahona stone wheel and modern roller mill, and double-distilled in small copper pot stills. Every bottle is hand-inspected, hand-numbered, and sealed by hand before leaving the distillery.

The tahona process is Patron's defining production choice. A two-ton volcanic stone wheel slowly crushes the roasted agave, extracting juice alongside the fibrous agave pulp — a process that takes significantly longer than roller mills but produces a creamier, more complex agave character. Patron blends tahona-crushed and roller-mill distillates for each expression, combining the textural richness of tahona with the cleaner agave brightness of roller mill production. The result is the signature Patron Silver profile: roasted agave, fresh citrus, white pepper, and a clean finish that works equally well neat or in cocktails.
