A blend of Xarel·lo and Garnatxa, hand-harvested from organically farmed vineyards inside a nature reserve park with more than 200 years of viticultural history. Crisp and enticing, with red fruit on both the nose and palate, refreshingly dry and utterly gulpable. The softer, more aromatic side of Penèdes in a glass.
Parès Baltà is one of Catalonia’s most respected organic producers, farming their vineyards with deep respect for the land and the native varieties that define the region. Ros de Pacs is their signature rosé — fresh, light, and built for pleasure.
