It starts with the selection of 100% Blue Agave plants sourced from the renowned Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. These agaves mature for 8-10 years, allowing them to develop the rich and complex flavors that define this exceptional tequila.
The production process is a work of art in itself, involving the careful removal of the cone-shaped heart (piña) from the agave plant. The first press is discarded to ensure that only the finest juices are used.
