Voor deze Oude Geuze hebben we lambieken geblend met een gemiddeld leeftijd van 20 maanden oud die op deze ‘oude pijpen’, die tussen 60 en 120 jaar oud zijn, hebben gerijpt. Hierdoor is een Oude Geuze ontstaan met de bijzondere eigenschappen van deze oude vaten.A blend of the finest Lambics of on average 20 months old matured on ‘old pipes’ of between 60 and 120 years old
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat, hops
6.5% ABV
Colour: golden yellow
Aroma: a combination of old wooden barrels and the refreshing aroma
of citrus fruits and tangy acidity
Flavour: a full-bodied fruitiness with a balanced but distinctly sharp sourness
Serve at: 8°C – 12°C
Shelf life: 20 years with subtle taste evolution
