Hidden among the rolling hills of wheat and wine country in southeastern Washington is the small town of Waitsburg, settled in 1865. OOLA Gin in finished in their freshly emptied Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey barrels to yeld a complex yet delicate spirit. The natural sweetness of Washington grains, rich Bourbon notes, and 13 gin botanicals are transformed by the oak, leaving hints of maple sugar, honey, juniper, citrus and spice.
