Nuestra Soledad San Baltazar Guelavila is made with highland Espadín that has been cultivated for over 100 years — Don Gregorio's agave grows at about 5,500 feet in limestone-heavy soil, where the high sugar concentration produces a refined Espadín with great character.
A rich, full mezcal that stays long on the palate. Best enjoyed neat, sipped slowly.
