Neversink Spirits' American Dry Gin is a harmonious blend of 11 carefully selected botanicals. Classic elements like juniper, coriander, and cardamom combine with the aromatic complexities of star anise, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, orange peel, grapefruit peel, cassia bark, and elderflower. Each botanical imparts its own character, contributing to a well-balanced and captivating flavor profile.

The production process begins with the maceration of juniper in apple distillate overnight, allowing for optimal extraction of its essence. During distillation in Neversink's custom Holstein hybrid still, the remaining botanicals are vapor infused, delicately capturing their nuanced flavors and aromas.

Upon the first encounter, the nose reveals an enticing combination of citrus, with candied grapefruit peel taking the lead, accompanied by the lighter aromatics of juniper and coriander. Subtle hints of green cardamom and elderflower add depth and intrigue. On the palate, a lush and silky texture gives way to a burst of vibrant candied grapefruit peel, honeysuckle, and lychee.
