Nc’nean’s flagship is an unpeated single malt using 100% organic Scottish barley, gently fermented and double-distilled in the Highland region. It is matured in a thoughtful blend of red wine barrels, ex-American whiskey casks, and a small percentage of sherry casks. The result is a fresh, fruity whisky bottled non-chill filtered and naturally colored, all from a net-zero emissions, B‑Corp certified distillery.
