After two years of carefully allocating scant quantities of our coveted Corinne Cuvée Pinot Noir, we are pleased to present the latest rendering of our second daughter's namesake wine. Ruby red in the glass, our 2022 vintage marks the fourth edition of our family's pet project, affirming the notion that with four, you get more . On the nose, hints of violets, red fruit and rose petal are evidence that 70% of what you taste can be found in the wine's perfume. The attack follows the olfactory-overture, to express notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, Bing cherry and cedar shavings. Fermented in open stainless steel tanks (mainly punch-downs), the wine is: 30% whole cluster-pressed, with one-day cold soak and 13 days on skins, followed by aging for 16-months in 50% French Oak barrels. Fresh and minerally in texture, the wine's silky tannins, medium+ weight, and handsome finish reflect a well-balanced wine in complete harmony.
