ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Founded in 1870, the Marguet Champagne house is located in Ambonnay, a Champagne region renowned for its prestigious Grand Cru vineyards. Under the leadership of 5th generation winemaker Benoît Marguet, the house has embraced biodynamic viticulture, prioritizing respect for the environment and the unique terroir and employing innovative practices including aromatherapy and horse-powered vineyard work. In the cellar, Benoit crafts his champagnes with meticulous care, employing natural fermentation in oak barrels and avoiding chemical inputs to preserve the pure expression of grape varieties and terroir.
