Craft Mezcal, 48% - 51% Alc. Vol. 100% Agave Espadin, Cultivated Maturation 8 – 10 years. Fresh and clean aromas of ripe fruit, followed by roasted fruit and a hint of citrus. The hand represents the tireless work of the mezcal masters and the ancestral knowledge that marks each of our bottles. Cooked in a conical earth oven, ground with a tahona stone, naturally fermented in juniper vats and distilled in a plate system. Created by master Basilio Pacheco in Ejutla, Oaxaca.
