Celebrate the rich tradition of Mexico’s Day of the Dead with this stunning limited edition release from Mandala. The 2025 “Día de los Muertos” Añejo – part of the brand’s “Life After Death” collection – is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, matured in French-oak sherry barrels (approx. 24 months) and presented in an artfully designed ceramic 1 L bottle adorned with vibrant Día de los Muertos motifs.
Tasting Notes

Appearance: Warm amber/bronze hue, showing the influence of extended aging in sherry barrels.

Nose: Cooked high-land agave sweetness, rich caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, dried fruit and gentle spice.

Palate: Smooth and layered: honeyed agave leads, followed by toffee, dark chocolate shards, sherry-cask influence (raisins, fig), warm cinnamon spice and oak tannins.

Finish: Long, elegant, and lingering with hints of orange zest, subtle pepper heat, final return to agave character and a sustained woody warmth.
