Abundant herbaceous notes with small mineral and fruity tones. Fresh vegetable flavor predominates with floral tones, such as geranium and green leaves, in which its unmistakably earthy notes of agave stand out.

Part of the “Karwinskiis” wild agave family, its production is very scarce and laborious, it matures between 12 and 15 years in wild conditions.
