This certified organic Extra Añejo is matured for a minimum of three years in American and Eastern European oak barrels before undergoing a charcoal filtration process that removes its color while preserving the complexity developed during extended aging.
Clear with platinum reflections, Dobel 50 opens with aromas of honey, cooked agave and dried fruit. The palate is rich and silky, revealing fig, quince, date and pineapple before a long, pleasant finish.
