M77 Noban Tahona Blanco Tequila Batch 2 is not your everyday blanco. Rooted in centuries-old Mexican tradition, this small-batch tequila is produced using the tahona process one of the oldest and most labor-intensive methods in agave spirits production. A two-ton volcanic basalt stone wheel is pulled in a slow, deliberate circle to crush roasted Blue Weber agave piñas, releasing their natural juices without stripping away the earthy, vegetal complexity that mass-production methods discard.
The result is a blanco tequila that is raw, honest, and alive with terroir.
