Lagar de Cervera Rías Baixas Albariño 2023 is a crisp, expressive Albariño that captures the sun-soaked character of Galicia’s coastal vineyards. Sourced from estate plots in O Rosal and Cambados within the Rías Baixas D.O., this vintage reflects a year of climatic intensity—early budding, a hot summer with tropical nights, and record-breaking warmth extending into October. The result is fruit of superb concentration and clarity, harvested at peak balance and vinified to preserve its natural brightness.

Crafted from 100% Albariño grapes, the must is gently cooled and pressed in an inert environment to avoid oxidation, followed by fermentation at 15ºC. No malolactic fermentation was performed, allowing the wine’s pure varietal expression to shine. Aged on fine lees with regular stirring, the wine gains added texture and complexity. In the glass, it glows with a greenish-yellow hue and offers lifted aromas of crisp apple, pear, ripe melon, and citrus, underpinned by a delicate floral note. The palate is marked by its freshness, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-laced finish.

With an alcohol content of 12.5%, Lagar de Cervera is an elegant partner for a wide range of dishes.
