Winemaker Description
Bright powder-pink with silver highlights. The nose offers a delicate bouquet of roses and red fruit, evolving toward tangy notes. On the palate, beautiful balance of freshness, liveliness, and deliciousness — strawberry and peach with tension and a long, saline, mineral finish. A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah, harvested early morning to preserve fruit freshness and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
