Engineered for Precision

The Mini Vivaldi II features two separate boilers: a 0.45L boiler for espresso brewing and a 1.2L boiler dedicated to steam and hot water. Each boiler can be powered on independently, allowing you to tailor energy usage based on your needs.

Temperature control is precise to within 1°C, adjustable between 91°C and 97°C, with a built-in feedback system that preheats if the group temperature drops even slightly. A digital display and bar graph provide real-time temperature readouts, ensuring full transparency during operation.

Built for Home or Light Commercial Use

A 3-litre internal water reservoir makes the Mini Vivaldi ideal for kitchen countertops or mobile setups without direct water plumbing. The tank features a removable softening filter ("Oscar") that uses ion exchange to reduce scale build-up, prolonging machine life.
