La Marzocco PT1000 Temperature Probe
PT1000 boiler temperature probe for the GB-5, FB-80, GS3, and Linea PB brew boilers, and the GS3 steam boiler (La Marzocco part #E.1.005, also listed as MZ.390). This probe is what feeds boiler temperature to the machine's PID control.

INSTALLATION
A technician-level job, draining the boiler and confirming BSP thread sealing is required.

- Erratic or drifting temperature readings on the display point to this probe before you suspect the PID board, a PT1000 probe fails gradually, so symptoms often show up as inconsistent shot temps before the display throws an error.
