The La Marzocco KB90 AV (auto-volumetric) espresso machine is the ultimate evolution of the Linea PB form. This optional add-on integrates precision scales directly into the machine’s drip tray to improve espresso consistency by stopping the extraction based on mass. The KB90 then uses an algorithm called Drip Prediction to improve shot accuracy and make dialing your shots in easier than ever.
