Distilled by Masahiro Shuzo, one of the oldest and largest distillery in Okinawa, Japan. KUJIRA Ryukyu Whisky INARI was distilled from 100% Indica rice, and mashing with "black Koji", an unique koji that could only be found in Okinawa. "INARI" means the god of rice cultivation in Japanese mythology, which reflects to the ingredient of Kujira Whisky. Vatted the top quality Ryukyu whisky from hand-picked casks for the best balance of harmonious flavors and aromas. Non chill filtered and non-colored.
NOSE - Apples, pears, tropical fruits, and hints of spices.
TASTE - Delicate oaks, figs, nuts, and butterscotch.
