Taste: soft, harmonious, with subtle mineral tones, which gradually turn into tropical fruits.
Aroma: fresh, bright, with dominant tones of mango and white peach, elegant tar notes and shades of flowers.

Food Pairing: Recommended serving as an apéritif. Wine is perfectly combined with light salads, seafood and white meat

About the Winery 

Kolonist Winery is a renowned family-owned winery located in the village of Krynychne, in the Bolhrad district of the Odesa region, Ukraine. Established in 2005 by Ivan and Alla Plachkov, the winery is situated in the picturesque Bessarabia region, known for its rich history and favorable climate for viticulture
