Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured Single Malt Scotch Whisky comes from Kilchoman Distillery, Islay's first new distillery in more than 120 years and one of the few to remain independently family owned. Following a true farm to bottle philosophy, Kilchoman grows a portion of its own barley, malts it on site, and completes every stage of production at the distillery. The Pedro Ximénez sherry casks bring rich fruit and sweetness while complementing Kilchoman's signature combination of bright citrus, maritime peat, and handcrafted character.
