Kaiyo Whisky "The Single" is a 7 year old whisky, made on a coffey still in Japan, and matured in Kentucky bourbon barrels before spending additional time finishing in both Japanese Mizunara oak and Tennessee Whiskey barrels. All of our whiskies are made from malted barley, remain un-chillfiltered, and enjoy a three-month ocean maturation that helps bring out the unique flavors that can only be obtained from Mizunara Oak.
