Tasting Notes 

Colour

Warm gold, reflecting its time in oak casks.

Nose

• Bright citrus (lemon, orange peel) and soft vanilla from the ex‑bourbon maturation. 

• Underlying herbal and floral notes from the rye‑cask finish — fresh mint, crushed almonds, subtle mango hints in some pours. 

• Light honeyed sweetness, a touch of toffee, and soft oak spice. 

Palate

• Smooth and medium‑bodied. Initial flavors of toffee‑apple sweetness, pecan pie richness, and gentle vanilla. 

• Beneath that, subtle spice: a light rye‑driven warmth, cinnamon, honey, mild cacao and hazelnut undertones. 

• Layers of sweet fruit, light floral herbs, and wood‑spice balance.
