The Josh Cellars Sauvignon Blanc, made in an approachable California style, offers bright citrus and tropical fruit, with hints of dried herbs and a crisp, juicy finish. Bright aromas of lime and citrus are the core of the wine, with layers of white flower nectar, peach, and tropical melon. The palate of the wine is fresh and alive with clean fruit flavors and a perfectly balanced finish.
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Blended & bottled by Joseph Carr. "My father's name was Joseph, as is mine, but his friends just called him Josh." Growers, that Josh calls friends, all lend a hand in this, "winemakers wine," what they jokingly refer to as a "vin de garage"—a handcrafted wine they made just for themselves. A wine that is bold and expressive, but unassuming and approachable. It's funny how these characteristics seem to remind Josh of someone that he knew. It's a wine he made for his family, his friends, and a man he called Dad.
