After meeting Master Blender Ale Ochoa last year, we shared exactly what we look for in a single barrel selection. Since then, she has done an incredible job sending samples that reflect that profile. Our request was simple: if we are picking a finished barrel, we want the finish to show up in the glass.

That is exactly what happened here.

This barrel brings big, juicy Cabernet character right from the start, with a beautiful combination of fruit, richness, and depth. Expect notes of dark berries, red wine, oak, caramel, vanilla, baking spice, and a bold Cabernet finish that makes this bottle stand out.
