Winery Notes
As its name suggests, Champagne Signature Brut B018 is made mainly from the 2018 harvest, with powerful and deep grapes. It fully expresses Maison Jacquart's style, featuring chardonnay and its aromatic freshness, extended ageing (5 years), for a silky texture and very fine bubbles.
This is a champagne of great elegance. The nose is complex and mature, revealing aromas of cooked fruit and hazelnut. On the palate, these same aromas are present. Fresh, unctuous and rich. The mineral finish is long.
Composed of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier, including 35% reserve wines, this is a gastronomic champagne, which can accompany you from aperitif to meal, with snacked scallops, poultry or Japanese dishes.
