Winner of a Gold at the 2021 Irish Whiskey Awards in the category ‘Single Malt 11 years and younger’. All three of The Generation Trilogy – Toomevara, Haddington and Finisher’s Touch – have won Gold in the Irish Whiskey Awards or the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 3,500 bottles, numbered, and signed by Eunan Ryan.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Fragrances of granola and dried berries with a hint of baked spices and plantain
- Palate: Rich mouth feel as the flavour profile develops from crunchy nougat and peach strudel, to creamy toffee and toasted oak with a hint of ripe banana.
- Finish: Pleasantly spiced medium length with a smooth finish.
