The whiskey itself is exceptional. Aged in handcrafted new American white oak barrels built from staves air-dried for a prolonged period — far longer than standard — the extra time softens the tannins and unlocks deeper color, bolder aroma, and a more complex flavor. Charcoal mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal in the classic Jack Daniel's tradition, then bottled at a full-throttle 58.7% ABV without chill filtration.
