Distilled in 2005 and released in 2025, this limited edition whisky (only 269 bottles) offers a bright amber hue and an inviting nose of marzipan, custard creams, and gentle iodine with sweet peat. The palate delivers rich orchard flavours of apple and raisin strudel, dried apricots, and warming spices like cinnamon and black pepper. Softened peat and vegetal notes linger in the background, creating a beautifully balanced and approachable peated dram.
