Aged in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, it delivers a layered experience that stands apart from traditional peated whiskies.  

The nose opens with a wisp of bonfire smoke, tinged with subtle rubbery notes before evolving into a creamy vanilla custard backdrop. Hints of macadamia nuts, peanut shells, and embers emerge, balanced by the sweetness of raisins, grilled pineapple, and peaches. The palate reveals an unexpected peat presence, intertwined with warm cinnamon, dates, brown sugar, and smoked plums. Dark cherries and a touch of prosciutto di Parma add depth, while crème caramel and toffee round out the flavors. A light saline note lingers, mingling with damp, charred oak.
