This bottling is from a single Sherry Hogshead that was distilled in June of 2004 and bottled in early 2023, with a total outlay of 336 bottles. It opens with an aroma set of orchard fruits, rising bread, delicate sweet smoke, caramel, and breakfast maple pancakes.
