Highland Park 17 Year Limited Release “Between You and I” by Laila Gohar is a new expression from Orkney, Scotland, created in collaboration with acclaimed food artist Laila Gohar. Aged 17 years, it spent its final six years in 100% new American oak, following eleven years in refill casks, building layers of vibrant fruit, citrus, spice, and creamy vanilla.
Bottled at 47.5% ABV, this limited-edition single malt offers a glimpse into a whisky inspired by Gohar’s Egyptian roots, while leaving much to the imagination. With its full story still unfolding, it is best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, inviting you to discover what lies between you and I.
