Single cask 15 year old Highland Park by Independent bottlers, The Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
This ’Savour The Sweetness’ release was distilled on the 18th of February 2010. The liquid was initially filled into an ex-bourbon hogshead with a final maturation in 1st fill ex-bourbon barrel before bottling at a robust 62.2% abv. ‘Heather, lavender, melon and buttery oatcakes lead to elderflower, orange, papaya and soft smoke with a hint of champagne.'
One of just 225 bottle that were of course unchill-filtered with no added colouring.
