High West Manhattan Barrel Finished Cocktail (750Ml)

This premium ready-to-drink cocktail is a special take on the classic Manhattan, crafted with care by High West Distillery in Utah, USA. It comes pre-mixed and ready to pour, making it easy to enjoy a perfectly balanced drink anytime. The cocktail is made from a blend of High West’s Straight Bourbon and Straight Rye Whiskeys, following a traditional Manhattan recipe that combines whiskey, sweet vermouth, and aromatic bitters.

Aged in used rye whiskey barrels, the drink develops smooth, well-rounded flavors with a refined finish. It has rich aromas of black cherry, stewed strawberries, orange peel, molasses, cinnamon, and sage, while the palate offers notes of cherry, spiced apple, raisins, candied orange, rosemary, and warm spices.

Bottled at 37% ABV (74 proof) in a 750mL bottle, it’s best served over ice with a cherry garnish for a classic presentation. Each bottle makes about 12 cocktails (1.5 oz each), making it perfect for sharing or savoring over time. When unopened, it lasts up to three years, and once opened, it should be refrigerated and enjoyed within 30 days.
